Thank you

Published: Sunday, 13th January 2013

It’s always nice to be appreciated and very rewarding when patients take the time to write and thank us for the help and assistance they have received. Quality and service rate very high on our company agenda; our patients’ experience throughout is paramount.   Just a selection of some of the “thank you” notes we have received recently: -

“I feel indebted to the Highthorn Clinic.  Over the past 20 years or so I have had a variety of injuries and strains quickly diagnosed and treated.  They employed a whole range of techniques, made all the more effective because of the perfect rapport, good counselling and positive encouragement.  I am convinced it is because of this excellent holistic treatment that I am still able to run around a tennis court in my 80th year!”

“Just to let you know that my foot is now totally cured and I’ve been able to enjoy walking again along the lovely costal paths down in Cornwall.  Many thanks for the successful treatment.”

“The nearest thing to thanks is that I don’t come back!  I really wanted to say thank you for sorting my knee and tell you how much I appreciated our chats throughout my treatment.  Your treatment is not only physical – your good humour and gentle way was therapy in itself.  You have a real gift and I can only thank you that I was at the receiving end of that.  Thank you very much, you helped the healing process in a very special way.”

“Thank you so much for your speedy diagnosis and for all the treatment and advice you’ve given me.  Without your help my last few weeks of term would have been really miserable so I’m incredibly grateful to you, particularly for getting me back to playing the violin comfortably in time for the concert.  Many thanks.”

"You already know that I think the world of you all - why else would I have asked for my post-operative physiotherapy to be at Highthorn rather than anywhere else locally.  Thank you to you all."

"I have just completed my snow shoeing week in the Alps.  It was a brilliant success!  It was strenuous but great fun.  I managed fine - no small thanks to you! "
